Pete Doherty’s new album, grace/wastelands, is out in exactly 39 days. Its released March 20th in the US (i think its the 16th in the UK).
Heres a clip of the new single Last of the English Roses
The album artwork was unveiled today. I assume it’s Peter’s artwork, given the blood and splatters of ink. EDIT: Its done by the french artist Alize Meuriss, but inspired by Oscar Wilde’s play Salome. Pete did splatters over the original drawing.
And finally, an article from the Irish Times. Pete is finally getting good press!

Its fun, so if you’re not like me and you don’t have to spend the entire day on an east asian research project, watch cameras follow pete around during a “normal day”. He walks the catwalk and performs at the Gio Goi show in London.

Can’t wait for the weekend, seems like everybody I know is having a tough week. Snow day today, that was great. Especially cause my alarm was never set last night so I’d have been late for school. Time to go write some essays. I’d have no problem reading Othello, but I analytical essays and I hardly get along very well. Oh well…. learning….
